Winter Transportation Update

Winter is here, which means frequent and convenient buses to skiing and snowboarding opportunities! See below for the Winter schedule including the newly expanded Arrowhead evening shuttle service to Avon, Beaver Creek and Edwards:

Arrowhead to Avon, Beaver Creek and Edwards Evening Shuttle Service - reservations required, book a ride on the day of service by texting or calling 970-977-9419.

The Arrowhead Metro District, working with the Arrowhead Property Management Group, is pleased to announce the start of evening shuttle service. Arrowhead property owners can now use this service Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings for dining and shopping in Avon, Beaver Creek and Edwards instead of having to drive and park!!!

  • Operates through the end of the ski season.

  • Evening shuttle service is available Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings 5:30pm - 10:00pm

  • Reservations are required and can be made on the day you plan to use the shuttle by texting or calling 970-977-9419.

  • Maximum party size is 14 people.

  • The drivers will return calls and texts to confirm bookings upon their arrival each day at 2:00pm.

  • Pickups and drop-offs are at the Arrowhead Alpine Club Circle. Drop-offs elsewhere, including the parking lot, are at the drivers discretion.

Arrowhead to Beaver Creek Daytime Express (as of Nov. 27th)– first come first serve, reservations are not taken

  • Operates through the last day of the Beaver Creek ski season

  • Express shuttle service is available from 8:15am – 5:30pm

  • The shuttle will pick up at the Arrowhead Alpine Club Circle

    • Between 8:15am - 1:00pm - every 30 minutes, generally at 15 minutes & 45 minutes past the hour

    • Between 1:15pm - 5:30pm - every 15 minutes, generally on the hour and at 15, 30, & 45 minutes past the hour

  • The return shuttle will pick up at the Beaver Creek Centennial Station

    • Between 8:30am - 12:30pm - every 30 minutes, generally on the hour and half past the hour

    • Between 1:00pm - 5;30pm - every 15 minutes, generally on the hour and at 15, 30, & 45 minutes past the hour

  • Use the Village Connect App, Express section, to see in real time where the buses are etc.

Arrowhead Internal Community Shuttle (as of Dec. 7th) – book your ride now through Village Connect App

  • Operates through the last day of the Arrowhead ski season.

  • Service is available from 07:30am – 5:30pm

  • The shuttle will pick up at Arrowhead residences and drop off at the Alpine Club Circle.

Tuesday Arrowhead to Vail Shuttle (beginning Jan 7th) – book rides by calling Public Safety at 970-926-2588.

  • Operates on Tuesdays only, 1/07/2024 through 3/25/2024

  • Departs Alpine Club Circle at 8:30 am and drops at Golden Peak at 9:00 am

  • Return shuttle picks up at Golden Peak at 2:30 pm and arrives back at Alpine Club Circle at 3:00 pm
